Heading west from Cowes, the fleet will circumnavigate the island covering 50.1 nautical miles past the Needles Lighthouse and St. Catherine’s Point on the west-coast, to Bembridge Ledge Buoy, No Man’s Land Fort and Osborne Bay, before crossing the line back at Cowes.

Saturday 7th June 2025 – the race will have a staggered start where between 6am and 7:20am competitor groups will set off in 10 minute intervals.
Where to watch the finish?
The race leaders can be expected to pass the finish line off Cowes as early as 11:30am, and will continue throughout the day. To watch the boats coming over the line you will have a brilliant view from the Parade and the Green on either side of the Royal Yacht Squadron.
